Homeowners can book two types of stays, Program or On The Go, depending on how far in advance they would like to book! Availability is displayed in real time, and your dream weekend or holiday is only a few taps away. Thorough cleaning and check-ups are done after each stay, ensuring you won’t have any surprises after easily booking your stay. #2: Spontaneous scheduling is impossible

We know that oftentimes trips will be planned last minute; unexpected events can lead to impromptu celebration trips or you will sometimes need to escape for a few days. We have your back! On The Go Stays can be booked as late as two days in advance, depending on availability, that is why it is so important for us to give you home availability in real time and as streamlined as possible.

#3: It’s difficult to book the dates you want

Thanks to the limit of 8 co-owners, each one can simultaneously schedule 6 Program Stays during the year, with the majority frequently falling on the dates that work best for you. Thanks to our international, diverse, and inclusive co-ownership groups, most owners will have different preferences that best adapt to their respective needs and lifestyle. Moreover, each individual share guarantees you one Memorable date, which includes the most widely celebrated holidays in Europe such as New Year’s Day, Christmas, and Easter. Each share will only be able to reserve 1 Memorable Date at a time, allowing the rest of co-owners to choose the rest.
