On The Go Stays

Picture yourself, halfway through the week you feel fatigued and burned out, lucky for you, you can arrange a stay at your second home for that very same weekend! We know that realistically, not every getaway or trip is going to be planned months in advance. In addition, On The Go Stays are unlimited and can be booked between 2 and 7 days in advance, so long you are within your 44 nights. To make sure scheduling and stays remain fair, no back-to-back bookings are allowed. Through our On The Go Stays, you get the flexibility you need.

Program Stays

It is important for us that you can enjoy your home when you want, especially on holidays and dates that are significant for you. For this reason, a stay is considered as Program Stay when it is reserved from 8 days to two years in advance. This way it's easy to plan celebrations such as birthdays or anniversaries. Program Stays can last between 2 and 14 days, so you can become fully rested and relaxed. However, if a Program Stay lasts between 2 and 7 nights, it will be considered as one and if it lasts between 8 and 14 nights, it will be considered as two.

The Technology behind Secconda

We rely on technology to make sure equity is at the root of Secconda co-ownership. Each co-owner is guaranteed 44 stay nights within a 365 day cycle for each single share. That means you will be able to spend at least over six weeks at your Secconda home, including one of which is guaranteed to fall on a special date, such as Christmas, Easter or Labour Day. For every share, a co-owner is entitled to have 6 stays booked at the same time. Once you have enjoyed one of your 6 stays, you will be able to reserve a new stay up to your 44 guaranteed nights.

We understand that sometimes you might not be able to make it on scheduled occasions. That is why owners have a flexible cancelling option that lets other co-owners take up their time, or they can gift stay nights to registered friends or family.

Our special dates system provides guaranteed access to one official holiday per share each year, which can be set up as far as two years in advance!

Co-owned Secconda homes are always used by co-owners and their guests, renting is not an option, ensuring that the people you will share with will have the same commitment to the care and preservation of the home!
