Aside from hiring and overseeing property managers, Secconda offers additional services related to management for which we charge a fixed monthly fee per share. This fee varies by country and helps us do the following:
- Keep track and update the monthly home operational costs and budget
- Review and prepare the Property Company related tax forms
- Supervise the property manager and ensure your Secconda standards are met
- Maintain the property-specific Property Company from both a legal and financial perspective
- Update and innovate our digital services, including the SeccondApp for scheduling, communicating with your Secconda manager and more
