No such worry is ever had with a Secconda home as we hire local property managers who directly oversee the maintenance of the home and handle any repairs. To maintain everything ready for use we thoroughly inspect and clean each home after each stay. Maintenance issues are recorded during inspections and swiftly resolved. Additionally, preventative maintenance is scheduled throughout the year to avoid unexpected inconveniences, and the reserve fund serves to cover any arising issues. Enjoying your Secconda home is as simple as showing up.
TRENDSETTING INTERIOR DESIGN
One of the most time consuming and expensive aspects of home ownership is preparing it for everyday life. To remove that hurdle, Secconda’s professional interior designers strive to present a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing home to co-owners from the very first stay. Paying close attention to both beauty and functionality, we introduce full furnishings, stellar artwork, and tasteful details in a thorough makeover before the home is listed. We seek to respect and complement the location, architectural style, and features of the home.
More than just full furnishings, Secconda homes are fully equipped for everyday life. Homes are fitted with entertainment systems, kitchenware, bedding, exterior recreational items, and more. We strive to create a ready-for-use environment that can truly be equally or more comfortable than an owner’s year-round home.
ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT
To ensure equitable and transparent billing we offer a streamlined and all-in-one billing system. Rather than figuring out costs, and spending hours splitting them between co-owners, Secconda home owners can focus on the place and people that matter. Each home receives an itemized annual budget that includes all operating expenses, like utilities, landscaping and maintenance, along with the management fee and property taxes. The annual budget is then divided into twelve monthly installments that co-owners pay based on how many shares they own individually. All funds are directly sent to your specific house account, from which Secconda handles payments.
